Madi Lang, Founder & Creative Director

Madi Lang, the creator of BA Cultural Concierge, basically lives for planning creative, fun, and unique vacations. She feels absolute happiness when travelers are able to get to the soul of a new destination, witness its unique delights, and have their own life changing ah-ha! moments.
It was love at first sight in 2007 when Madi first met Argentina. The French architecture, Italian gestures, Latino warmth and cultural curiosities captured her heart and led her on a South American journey. It was then that she relocated from her hometown of Bethesda, Maryland to beautiful Buenos Aires. A total history buff, she has a passion for all things local culture. She shares that every day with travelers who are seeking a meaningful experience. The first thing Madi wants to know when she’s planning your trip? “What’s your ideal outcome?”

Juan Palacios, Your Right-Hand Man

Three years after BA Cultural Concierge begins Madi met Juan, and the rest is history. Juan was born in Patagonia and has adventure in his blood. He traveled the world before moving back to Argentina to get a Masters in Anthropology at the University of Buenos Aires. Juan is a master tour guide with excellent English a wealth of knowledge about Argentina’s history, social issues, immigration, art, and politics. He’s Madi’s right hand man, and yours too! Kids love Juan and your mom will want to take him home in her purse.

Néstor Mentasti, Cultural Guru & Walking Encyclopedia

It’s impossible not to feel at ease with Néstor, who brings calm and zen to our team. He grew up in the suburbs of Buenos Aires, but escaped to the big city any chance he could get to watch his favorite bands and check out the underground scene. No one knows BA culture like our Nesty! Now, an expert on all things music and history, he loves sharing his passion for Argentina with people from all around the world. He is bilingual, the definition of easy-going, a total sweetheart, and our clients refer to him as the walking Buenos Aires encyclopedia.
